RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Your eyeglasses and sunglasses are an important part of everyday life. If your frames do not fit exactly right, they may not be as enjoyable, stylish, or serve their proper function. We recommend that
eyewear be tried on at your local retail optical before ordering from our site.
We cannot accept eyewear that are scratched or damaged in any way. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted if the frames were used for try-on purposes and are still in mint condition. All eyewear will be inspected upon receipt.
If the return is not a result of a fault of our own, then we are not responsible for any customer's shipping fees and charges that were incurred to return the purchase back to us. If you choose to return your purchase we advise that items be sent via
USPS (with tracking number), UPS, or Fedex.
Before returning your frames, please send us an email at service@eyewearnation.com to request an RMA number and the proper return address. Please include your First and Last Name, Address, Phone Number, Order Number, and reason for return.
Non-prescription sunglasses or eyeglasses returns/exchanges must be requested within 15 days from the day you received your order. After 15 days items are no longer eligible for return or exchange. All returns/exchanges must include your invoice, designer case & cloth, and manufacturer's papers. There may be a 3% re-stocking fee. If all original product packaging is not returned a 10% restocking fee may be incurred.
In the case of an exchange, we are happy to offer a one-time exchange without a re-stocking fee. We will apply the original purchase amount less shipping and handling toward your new purchase. Items can only be exchanged for equal or greater valued items.
A $4.95 return shipping/processing cost will apply to all exchanges within the U.S. and a $9 return shipping/processing cost will apply to all exchanges within Canada.
Upon receipt of your shipment, please allow 7-10 business days for the inspection and processing of your exchange or refund.
Prescription Lenses
Because prescription lenses are customized and specially ordered for each individual customer, they cannot be returned for a refund. However, if you are unsatisfied with your prescription lenses, they can be re-made within 30 days after you receive them. If the cost of the new lenses are greater than the originally purchased lenses, then you will be charged for the difference in price.
If you are satisfied with the prescription lenses but wish to exchange the frame only, you will be eligible to receive a 50% discount on the same type of prescription lenses as originally purchased. You will be credited or charged for the difference in cost between the new frames and the pair being exchanged. Shipping charges will apply to the replacement order. You must make your request within 30 days of receiving your order.
Warranty
All sunglasses and eyeglasses frames carry the original manufacturer's 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for all manufacturing defects. These defects include frame colors, hinges, structural design and welding points. Defects NOT under warranty include, but are not limited to, damage caused by twisting, scratching, bending, sitting on, dropping, smashing, stepping on, or gross mishandling of frames.
